COVID-19 pushed many organizations including ours to stretch imagination in making services accessible online while still being able to maintain high quality and client engagement. At Explore Wellness, we are proud to announce that we have invested in systems and technologies to make a whole range of counselling services available for you and your caregivers/families from the comfort of your own place of living which may be your own home or a place of residence. Our interactive systems ensure that you experience the same level of engagement in your sessions as you would if you were seeing us for in-person session.
Upon your initial intake screening, our clinicians will walk you through the options available for virtual sessions. If you felt that virtual sessions will better suit your needs, you will be mailed a link to join your session. During your virtual sessions, the clinicians will seek your feedback to ensure that the virtual sessions were meeting your needs and if any adjustments were required to make the sessions more effective for you.
If you happen to live close by to our office location, you will also have an option to switch to in-person sessions anytime during your virtual counselling sessions.
